tylerWhat do you do for Coalition Marketing?

I am the Account Manager for Foodservice Rewards. My main responsibilities are managing the on-boarding process for new sponsors through orientation, planning the sponsor meeting, billing and supporting the Coalition Managers with deliverables such as eblasts, banner ads and direct mail pieces. I also assist with BI’s other coalitions – Aftermarket Rewards and Supply Rewards.

How long have you been with BI?
3 years.

As a child, what did you want to “be when you grew up”?
An Olympic swimmer, but those dreams went out the window when I didn’t grow past 5’5”.

Favorite Books?
Shantaram, The Red Tent, Memoirs of a Geisha, The Kite Runner, Charm School, Angels and Demons, The Time Traveler’s Wife and too many more. I love to read.

Who was your childhood celebrity crush?
Jonathan Taylor Thomas and later Taylor Hanson. I’m still not over the second one, but don’t tell my husband. Mmmmmmmmbop! (Lame, I know.)

What’s your most guilty pleasure?
American Idol – but I don’t feel as guilty if I go to my yoga class first…

What’s the one thing about you no-one would ever guess?
I was a Spanish major in college. I studied Spanish for 10 years and even studied abroad in Venezuela for a semester. Unfortunately, I don’t use it very often so it’s fading quickly.

I’ve been with BI for 17 years, back when my entire team shared one PC!

What do you do for Coalition Marketing?
I am the Director of Operations for Coalition Marketing. I manage a team of very talented folks who keep the wheels spinning every day and help to bring new solutions and technology to our programs.

As a child, what did you want to “be when you grew up”?
I wanted to be a nurse and some days, I still do!

What’s the best/worst thing about working on Foodservice Rewards?
The best thing is that there are always so many new ideas and new things going on that we are constantly learning and pushing ourselves to be better and faster. I honestly can’t think of a “worst” thing other than feeling like we can’t get it all done fast enough!

The Police, Sting was amazing!

Who was your childhood celebrity crush?
Shawn Cassidy and Vinnie Babarino (I had a life sized poster of Vinnie!)

Growing up I always wanted to be a pilot until I was told by my nurse in 3rd grade that I couldn’t because I was colorblind.

I was crushed at the time but I think I made it out ok!

What’s the first concert you went to?
Tim McGraw and the Dancehall Doctors.

What’s your most guilty pleasure?
Eating late night snacks before bed!

Who was your childhood celebrity crush?
Faith Hill….Hands down!

What’s the best/worst thing about working on Foodservice Rewards?
Worst thing is not being able to eat the food I look at all day long on my computer! Best thing would have to be the people I work with and the way the program is run!

How long have you been at BI?

6 months and love it!
